The Plaza Cellars Warehouse
Is a meticulously organized location, designed to care for each bottle that lies inside its 15,296 square feet. Under 24 hour climate control set to 62 degrees fahrenheit and round the clock video monitoring, the wines are safeguarded from the moment they arrive on the island until they reach our consumers.
At our core is a simple belief: great wines deserve great stewardship. This is why we are proud that our warehouse is run by our team of dispatchers and fork lift drivers who work hard to ensure on-time and consistent deliveries.
The warehouse is where it all begins.

The constant temperature of the Plaza Cellars warehouse. Our wines are refrigerated 24 hours a day, 365 days a week.
Hard working employees who are responsible for our on-time island-wide delivery dispatches.
We have certified forklift operators.
We are self-sufficient in case of power shortages, with a connection alternative power sources at our disposal to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

We believe in education for all
Our wines are handled with care and skill, from the moment they enter the warehouse to the moment they are consumed.
It is our mission to educate all staff about the wines we are proud to distribute, and we offer wine education courses led by our own sommelier and wine educator, Maytte Rivera, to all dispatchers and fork lift drivers at the warehouse.
